If you’re targeting buyers, your headline might be:
Find Your Dream Home Now
You can get even more specific. Are you targeting people who are in a hurry to sell their homes? Or maybe you’re targeting people who are first-time homebuyers?
Whatever the case, knowing who you’re targeting with your ad — and writing your ad to be relevant to those specific people (see our next point) — will make your ad far more effective than it would be otherwise.
