How to give Facebook Business Manager access? you need to add the person to your Business Account and assign them the appropriate level of access to your assets.
To add the person:
1• Go to Business settings.
2• Under Users, click People.
3• Click Add people.
4• Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
5• Click Next.
6• Select the type of access you want to assign.
Click Next.
7• Select the asset you want to assign and choose the type of access. If assigning partial access, select the task they need for their job.
8• Click Save changes.
